Definitely point 2 (find the last place you remember feeling like yourself) and as a consequence focusing on point 3 this week

Such a beautiful read and resonated with me deeply. 12 months ago my mother suffered from a spontaneous brain bleed, resulting in a massive stroke. In those first 6 months of becoming her caregiver, there was no time to think/do anything else other than what needed to be dealt with. I keep grieving the life I had, my mother had, and my family had before all of this but this read really had some positive messages as I navigate how my life has changed for the better 🤍

As someone recovering from a period of pretty intense illness I felt this piece pretty deeply! Thank you for writing, and sharing ❤️

“the unsettling part is realising it may already have, just without the version of you that you expected to find there.” - wow, this feels like exactly it. And number 5 is exactly the reminder I needed… we are still here, we are still allowed to have joy. Thank you for writing this 💗

Honestly, some of the best things that ever happened to me, only happened because I was going through some crap times. Sometimes I think you need to get a bit lost to find the right way.

This perfectly encapsulated how I’ve been feeling during a difficult life period and reminded me to come back to myself a bit. We get so caught up in everything going on sometimes, and this reminded me to make time to come back to myself. Thanks :) x

I've been on this type of journey for the last few months and the one thing I've been really struggling to make progress on is organizing my apartment. The framing of making one place that is unmistakably yours might be just the trick I needed!
